2、自上料搅拌车应施行级漏电保护，上班前电源接通后，有必要仔细查看，经空车试转以为合格，方可运用。试作业时应查验拌筒转速是否适宜，一般状况下，空车速度比重车（装料后）稍快2~3转，如相差较多，应调整动轮与传动轮的份额。

5、开机后，常常留意混凝土搅拌机各部件的作业是否正常。停机时，常常查看混凝土搅拌机叶片是否打弯，螺丝有否打落或松动。

6、当混凝土拌和结束或估计停歇1h以上，除将余料出净外，运用石子和清水倒入抖筒内，开机滚动，把粘在料筒上的砂浆冲刷洁净后悉数卸出。料筒内不得有积水，避免料筒和叶片生锈。一起还应整理拌和筒外积灰，使机械保持清洁无缺。

6. When the concrete mixing is finished or the rest is estimated to be more than 1h, in addition to discharging the surplus materials, use stones and clear water to pour into the shaking cylinder, start the machine and roll, wash and clean the mortar stuck on the cylinder, and then discharge it. 7、下班后及停机不用时，应拉闸断电，并锁好开关箱，以确保。
