混合土搅拌车的原理有以下两种
混凝土搅拌的目的是使混凝土中的各组分混合成一种各物料颗粒相互分散、均匀分布的混合物。搅拌好的混凝土是否质地均匀,可通过从混凝土中随机抽取一定数量的试样进行分析来评定,如果各试样的配合比基本相同,便可认为该混凝土已混合均匀了。

设计混凝土搅拌机原理有以下两种,客户可以根据自己的条件选择适合自己的机理。

1.自落式扩散机理:它是将物料提升到一定高度后,利用重力的作用,自由落下,由于各物料颗粒下落的高度、时间、速度、落点和滚动距离不同。从而使物料颗粒相互穿插、渗透、扩散,后达到分散均匀的目的,由于物料的分散过程主要是利用重力作用,故又称重力扩散机理,自落式混凝土搅拌机就是根据这种机理设计的。
1. Self falling diffusion mechanism: it is to lift the material to a certain height, and use the effect of gravity to fall freely, because the height, time, speed, falling point and rolling distance of each material particle are different. So as to make the particles of materials interpenetrate, infiltrate and diffuse each other, and then achieve the purpose of even dispersion. Because the dispersion process of materials mainly uses the gravity effect, it is also called the gravity diffusion mechanism. The self dropping concrete mixer is designed according to this mechanism.
2.强制式扩散机理:它是利用运动着的叶片强迫物料颗粒分别从各个方向(环向、径向和竖向)产生运动,使各物料颗粒运动的方向、速度不同,相互之间产生剪切滑移以致相互穿插、扩散,从而使各物料均匀混合。由于物料的扩散过程主要是利用物料颗粒相互间的剪切滑移作用,故又称剪切扩散机理。强制式混凝土搅拌机就是根据这种机理设计而成的。
2. Forced diffusion mechanism: it uses the moving blades to force the particles of materials to move from all directions (circumferential, radial and vertical) respectively, so that the particles of materials move in different directions and at different speeds, resulting in shear slip between them, so as to interpenetrate and diffuse each other, so as to make the materials mix evenly. Because the diffusion process of materials mainly uses the shear slip between particles, it is also called shear diffusion mechanism. The forced concrete mixer is designed according to this mechanism.
