3、关闭卸料门，在料斗内加入所需的混合料后，提升料斗，料斗应运行平稳并能自如停止在轨道的任意位置，若有打滑现象，应先将料斗放入坑底，然后调整制动电机上的大螺母。料斗提升正常，制动可靠后，向搅拌罐内投料，同时启动水泵向搅拌罐内供水。
 

3. Close the discharge door and add the required mixture into the hopper. After lifting the hopper, the hopper should run smoothly and stop at any position of the track freely. If there is slippage, the hopper should first be put into the bottom of the pit and then adjust the large nut on the brake motor. After the hopper is lifted normally and the brake is reliable, the material is fed into the mixing tank, and the water pump is started to supply water to the mixing tank.

4、搅拌25—35秒后，启动卸料门卸料。

5、在上述各项试运转过程中，如发现不正常情况，应立即停机检查，排除故障，然后再次试验，直到正常为止。
