1、新车开始使用时，必须进行检查和试车，一切正常时，方可正式使用。

2、输送混凝土的容量，质量及塌落度应符合标准。

3、搅拌车在露天场地停放时，装料前应先将搅拌罐反转，把罐内的积水(或雨水)和杂物卸出，以保证运送混凝土的质量。

3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open field, the mixing tank should be reversed before loading to discharge the accumulated water (or rainwater) and sundries in the tank, so as to ensure the quality of concrete transported.

4、在出料斗、卸料槽旁工作时，要配带防护用品。不要接近料斗及搅拌口，也不要向内窥看,更不得用手去摸旋转的搅拌罐。

5、在公路上行驶时，加长料槽必须右转放置在卸料槽上用挂钩挂牢，再转与车身垂直部位，用锁紧装置把卸料槽和加长料槽锁紧在机架上，防止由于不固定而摇动，造成伤人事故和影响其它车辆运行。

When driving on the highway, the lengthened chute must turn right and be placed on the discharge chute, which should be hung firmly with a hook, and then turned to the vertical part of the vehicle body. 6、车穿越桥、洞、库等设施时，必须注意通过高度的尺寸及路面承受重量以免损坏搅拌车。

7、工作装置连续运转时间不应超过8h。

8、卸料时，如发现水分蒸发，塌落度偏低不能满足客户要求时，可适当向罐内加水，然后以12—14r/min的速度旋转3-5分钟后卸料。

8. When discharging, if it is found that the water evaporates and the slump is too low to meet the customer's requirements, add water to the tank properly, and then rotate at the speed of 12-14 R / min for 3-5 minutes before unloading.

9、搅拌车在空载运行及运送混凝土过程中，搅拌罐不得停止转动以免滚道、滚轮局部碰损或混凝土产生分离现象。
