1、滤芯堵塞造成吸油困难或不足；清洗或更换滤芯。

1. Oil absorption is difficult or insufficient due to clogged filter element; Clean or replace the filter element.

2、工作油液不合要求或油液粘度太大；更换低粘度的液压油。

2. The working oil does not meet the requirements or the oil viscosity is too high; Replace the hydraulic oil with low viscosity.

3、油箱液面太低，油面上空气被吸入泵内；补加相同标号的液压油。

4、吸油管路进气或堵塞；检查拧紧，不要吸进空气。

5、泵的安装支架的刚性不足，工作时会产生震动和噪音；加固支架。
