The initial running speed of the reducer with the power take-off port of the water pump shall not exceed 15 rpm, because the high speed of the engine will damage the gearbox.

二、按不同的使用期限，对减速机做以下例行保养：

油品： P3301、P4300等分体减速机使用的齿轮油型号为：SAE 80W-90/SAE85W-90；API GL-5级；

Oil product: p3301, p4300 gear oil model used for split reducer: SAE 80w-90 / sae85w-90; API GL-5 grade;

企业：美孚、壳牌、昆仑、长城等，建议使用高品质油品。

Brand: Mobil, shell, Kunlun, great wall, etc. high quality oil products are recommended.

变量泵、马达换油：

Oil change of variable displacement pump and motor:

a、次换油时间为新车使用500个工作小时，同时更换原装专用滤油器；

a. The first oil change time shall be 500 working hours for the first use of the new car, and the original special oil filter shall be replaced at the same time;

b、第二次换油时间为车辆再次工作2000个工作小时后，同时更换专用滤油器；

b. The second oil change time shall be 2000 working hours after the vehicle works again, and the special oil filter shall be replaced at the same time;

c、以后为每2000个工作小时或一年，只要满一年不管工作了多少个小时，必须换油，同时更换专用滤油器；

c. In the future, every 2000 working hours or a year, no matter how many hours have been worked for a full year, the oil must be changed, and the special oil filter must be changed at the same time;

d、换油时系统管路切勿打开，只需将油箱的油放干净，同时也可以打开泵、马达壳体泄油口放油，然后将新的油品倒入油箱中，加油时要注意排空系统中的空气；

d. When changing oil, do not open the system pipeline, just drain the oil from the oil tank, open the oil drain port of the pump and motor shell, and then pour the new oil into the oil tank. When filling oil, pay attention to exhaust the air in the system;

e、不同企业的油严禁混用，若使用现场无法保证油品的质量，可向我们公司直接订购。

e. It is strictly prohibited to mix different brands of oil. If the quality of oil cannot be guaranteed on the site, you can order directly from our company.

三、建议在油温为60摄氏度左右放油；每次换油完毕，需检查连接螺栓的紧固情况；检查结束，需要用扭矩扳手重新紧固一下所有与变速箱连接的螺栓；每月需检查一次油位。

3、 It is recommended to drain the oil at an oil temperature of about 60 ℃; after each oil change, check the fastening of the connecting bolts; after the inspection, use a torque wrench to retighten all the bolts connected with the gearbox; check the oil level once a month.

注意：分体减速机匹配的泵、马达中的油品为46号抗磨液压油。

Note: the oil in the pump and motor matching the split reducer is 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.

四、重要注意事项：

新车使用50小时后，需用扭矩扳手紧固减速机法兰螺栓（拧紧扭矩295N.m）和减速机底座螺栓（拧紧扭矩580N.m）。

After the first use of the new car for 50 hours, use a torque wrench to tighten the reducer flange bolts (tightening torque 295n. M) and the reducer base bolts (tightening torque 580n. M).
