在运输过程中应保证商品混凝土匀质性，达到不分层、不离析、不漏浆。《混凝土质量控制标准》( GB 50164-2011)规定，混凝土从搅拌机出料到浇筑完毕的持续时间，如果采用搅拌车运输，强度等级不大于C30，气温不大于25℃时为120min，气温不小于25℃时为90rnin；强度等级不小于C30，气温不大于25℃时为90min，气温不小于25℃时为60 min。

⑥ The transport personnel of the concrete mixer truck shall carry the material issue issued by the manufacturer with the truck. The material issuing sheet shall indicate the receiving unit, address, project name, departure time, strength grade, quantity, etc. Special personnel shall be assigned to inspect the material list at the pouring site, and the content of the material list shall be checked every time the concrete truck arrives to prevent the concrete truck from arriving at the site by mistake or exceeding the initial setting time.
