混凝土搅拌车传动油质量检测方法
Concrete mixer truck is a special truck used to transport construction concrete; because of its shape, it is often called snail truck. During the actual operation of the equipment, the handling of self loading mixing truck is also a very important part. Therefore, we need to test the quality of engine oil in the process of application, so how to operate?
1、将自混凝土搅拌车停在水平表面上并拧紧手刹。
1. Park the self mixing truck on a horizontal surface and tighten the hand brake.
2、让发动机怠速作业几分钟。
2. Let the engine idle for a few minutes.
3、踩下制动踏板,将操纵杆转倒档,前进档等,并在每个档上停留几秒钟,以向变矩器和所有换档执行器注满液压油,终将操纵杆转到停车方位。
3. Press the brake pedal, turn the control lever to reverse, forward, etc., and stay in each gear for a few seconds to fill the torque converter and all shift actuators with hydraulic oil, and finally turn the control lever to the parking position.
4、从加油管上取下自动变速箱油尺,将清洁过的油尺插入加油管,然后将其拉出以检查油尺上的油位。
4. Remove the automatic transmission oil dipstick from the oil filling pipe, insert the cleaned oil dipstick into the oil filling pipe, and then pull it out to check the oil level on the oil dipstick.

The transmission is usually secure.
