中科搅拌车变速器侧部动力输出形式
Transmission side power output form of Zhongke mixer truck
一般是在变速器的中间轴某一档齿轮输出动力,或者由倒档凸轮输出动力,由于受结构的限制。这种动力输出方式仅仅能输出发动的大功率的二分之一,也不会超过二分之一。故称之为部分功率输出,多用在自卸车、垃圾车、高空作业、起重机汽车及油罐车等,操纵可以手动机械操纵,也可以用气压、油压、电磁控制开关控制接合与断开,也可以用推拉软轴控制。
Generally, the output power of a gear on the intermediate shaft of the transmission, or by the reverse cam, is limited by the structure. This power take-off mode can only output one-half of the maximum power of the engine, and it will not exceed one-half at most. Therefore, it is called partial power output. It is mainly used in dump truck, garbage truck, aerial work, crane truck and oil tank truck. It can be operated manually and mechanically, or controlled by pneumatic, hydraulic and electromagnetic control switches, or controlled by push-pull flexible shaft.

设置在变速器与离合器之间,可以取得发动机的大功率,故称为全功率输出取力器。这种取力器的设计,必须考虑油温与润滑,必要时可加设强制润滑及冷却装置,这种结构使消防车的改装更方便。

大致可分为中间轴后端动力输出形式及第二轴后端动力输出形式。
It can be roughly divided into the power output form of the rear end of the intermediate shaft and the power output form of the rear end of the second shaft.
1、中间轴后端动力输出形式
1. Power output form of rear end of intermediate shaft
取力器直接固定在变速器的后端面上,在变速器中间抽的后端制作花键或者联接一个齿轮作为动力输出用,可取出发动机的大功率。
The power take-off is directly fixed on the rear end face of the transmission, and the spline is made at the back end of the middle of the transmission or a gear is connected as the power output, so the maximum power of the engine can be taken out.
2、第二轴动力输出形式
2. Power output form of the second shaft
取力器固定在变速器的后端面上,在第二轴输出端加装一个齿轮作为动力输出,可以取得发动机大功率,且转速可通过变速器的档位变化,但结构比较复杂,并且变速器的改动比较大。上述两种变速器后端动力输出,多用在消防车、混凝土搅拌车、输送泵车及铲车等上面。
The power take-off is fixed on the rear end face of the transmission, and a gear is added at the output end of the second shaft as the power output. The maximum power of the engine can be obtained, and the speed can be changed by the gear of the transmission. However, the structure is complex and the change of the transmission is relatively large. 一般从发动机前端曲轴皮带轮上用三角皮输出动力,带动取力器。这种输出方式,可任何时候取力,但只是部分动力输出,多用于搅拌车上,还有自由轮动力输出和传动轴上动力输出的取力装置。
Generally, the power is output from the crankshaft pulley at the front end of the engine to drive the power take-off. This kind of output mode can take off force at any time, but it is only part of the power output. It is mostly used on the mixer truck, as well as the power take-off device of the free wheel power output and the power output on the transmission shaft.
