一：安装注意事项

1.混凝土搅拌机的搅拌叶的倾角要一致，不能装反；

2.搅拌叶倾角过大或过小都会影响搅拌产量，所以叶片与搅拌轴线的倾角在70度或80度左右即可；

2. Too large or too small inclination angle of the mixing blade will affect the mixing output, so the inclination angle between the blade and the mixing axis is about 70 or 80 degrees;

3.搅拌叶的较佳角度是旋转上部露出泥料20-30mm；

4.两根轴上搅拌叶的相位应与漆相对会在时的相位错开90度；

5.安装搅拌叶时一定要上紧，应尽量上紧搅拌叶上的头一个螺母；

二：修理

混凝土搅拌机搅拌叶损坏主要原因有：

The main reasons for the damage of mixing blades of concrete mixer are as follows:

1.叶片磨损，这时候需要割炬把叶片磨损的边缘斜口割齐，然后用和叶片厚度相同的钢板切割成需要的尺度补焊到叶片残体上；

1. The blade is worn. At this time, it is necessary to cut the beveled edge of the worn blade with the cutting torch, and then use the steel plate with the same thickness as the blade to cut into the required scale and weld it to the blade residue;

2.叶柄弯曲或折断，造成这两种情况的原因有：
