Check the clutch and brake before using the mixing equipment. The equipment and other parts shall be in good condition, the steel wire rope shall be intact, and there shall be no foreign matters in the drum. The empty car operation shall be conducted to check the rolling direction of the mixing drum and mixing blade, and the operation and braking of each concrete operation equipment shall be normal before use.

施工现场需要对搅拌设备进行查看修理时，应先固定好料斗，并堵截电源，进入滚筒内处理妨碍时，外面有人监护。作业中发现故障，不能持续作业时，应立即堵截电源，将搅拌筒内的混凝土清于净，然后进行检修。

When it is necessary to check and repair the mixing equipment on the construction site, the hopper shall be fixed first, and the power supply shall be cut off. When entering the drum to deal with the obstruction, there shall be someone outside for supervision. If any fault is found during the operation and the operation cannot be continued, the power supply shall be cut off immediately, the concrete in the mixing drum shall be cleaned, and then the maintenance shall be carried out.

对搅拌设备应定时进行修理保养，做好设备十字作业（清洁、光滑、调整、紧固、防腐）作业后，应将料斗降落到料斗坑，如须升起则运用链条扣牢，堵截电源锁好电箱，清理机表里的检浆。

The mixing equipment shall be repaired and maintained regularly. After the equipment cross operation (cleaning, smoothing, adjustment, fastening and anti-corrosion) is completed, the hopper shall be lowered to the hopper pit. If it needs to be raised, the chain shall be used to fasten it, the power supply shall be blocked and the electric box shall be locked, and the pulp inspection inside the meter shall be cleaned.

搅拌设备应安装在坚实的基础上，用支撑架牢，留意调整好上料渠道、卸料渠道与运用翻斗车的高度，禁绝用轮胎和支撑架作支撑，应搭设防砸棚，并经检验合格方准运用。

The mixing equipment shall be installed on a solid foundation and firmly supported by a support frame. Pay attention to adjust the height of the loading channel, unloading channel and the use of the tipper. It is forbidden to use tires and support frames as supports. Anti smashing shed shall be set up and the equipment can only be used after passing the inspection.

搅拌设备按搅拌方法分有自落式搅拌、强制式搅拌两种。搅拌设备禁绝超载运用，进料斗升起时禁止任何人从料斗下经过或停留。搅拌设备在运行时，禁止私行脱离作业岗位或由无证人员代为操作。

According to the mixing method, the mixing equipment can be divided into two types: self dropping mixing and forced mixing. The mixing equipment shall not be overloaded. No one is allowed to pass or stay under the hopper when the hopper is raised. During the operation of the mixing equipment, it is forbidden to leave the operation post without permission or operate it on behalf of the undocumented personnel.
