一.  1、 Before start-up, all parts of the mechanical system shall be checked carefully, and start-up can be carried out only after they are confirmed to be in good condition.
      1、 中科自上料搅拌车启动前应仔细检查机械系统各部分，确认完好后方可启动。
      2、 Before starting, put the mixing control lever in the "neutral" position.
      2、 起动前，将混合控制杆置于“空档”位置。
      3.When loading, the mixing lever shall be placed in the "loading" position.
      3. 装载时，搅拌杆应置于“装载”位置。
      4. Before transportation, the discharge chute must be fixed in the "driving" position to prevent swinging.
      4.运输前，卸料槽必须固定在“驱动”位置，防止摆动。

     
       5.When operating the control lever, stop at the "neutral" position for a while before moving to the next position.
       5.操作操纵杆时，在“空档”位置停留一段时间，然后移动到下一个位置。
二.搅拌机是一种特种车辆，并非所有驾驶员都能驾驶搅拌机，如果操作不当，会造成翻斗、液压泵、电机、减速机磨损过快甚严重后果。因此，我们应该按如下方式处理：
     1. Before starting the mixer, place the operating handle of the mixing drum in the "stop" position.
     1.在启动搅拌机之前，将搅拌桶的操作手柄置于“停止”位置。
     2. After the mixer truck starts the engine, the mixer drum shall be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise above 20 ℃ before operation.
     2.搅拌车起动发动机后，低速旋转搅拌筒约10分钟，使液压油温升超过20℃后，方可运行。
     3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading, and the accumulated water and sundries shall be discharged to ensure the quality of concrete.
     3.搅拌车露天停放时，装车前应倒转搅拌筒，并排出积水和杂物，保证混凝土质量。
     4. When transporting concrete, the mixer truck shall ensure that the sliding bucket is placed firmly to prevent swinging caused by loosening, hurting pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles in the process of moving.
     4.混凝土运输时，搅拌车应保证滑斗放置牢固，防止在移动过程中因松动、伤及行人或影响其他车辆的正常运行而发生摆动。
     5. When the mixer truck is transporting the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixer drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the speed of the mixer drum is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm on the flat road surface. When the mixer truck is driving on the road surface with a slope greater than 50, or the road surface with large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road condition is improved.
     5.搅拌车运输混凝土时，搅拌筒转速为2-10rpm。在运输过程中，在平坦的路面上，搅拌筒的转速保证为2-3rpm。搅拌车在坡度大于50的路面上行驶，或在左右晃动较大的路面上行驶时，应停止搅拌旋转，待路况改善后再恢复搅拌旋转。
     6. The time for transporting concrete by concrete mixer shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregation. The driver shall often observe the concrete condition, timely report to the dispatching room in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.
     6.混凝土搅拌机运输混凝土的时间不得超过搅拌站规定的时间。混凝土运输过程中，搅拌筒不得长时间停转，防止混凝土离析。司机应经常观察具体情况，发现异常及时向调度室报告，并申请处理。
     7. When the mixer truck is equipped with concrete, the dead time at the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in time.
    7.搅拌车配备混凝土时，现场死区时间不超过1小时。超过期限的，要求现场负责人及时处理。
    8. The slump of concrete transported by mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. From the time when the concrete is put into the tank to the time when it is discharged, it shall not be discharged for more than 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not be discharged for more than 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy days.
     8.搅拌车运输的混凝土坍落度不小于8cm。从混凝土入罐下罐，温度高时不超过2小时，雨天温度低时不超过2.5小时。
     9. Before discharging the concrete, the mixer shall rotate for 1 minute at the speed of 10-12 RPM before discharging.
     9.混凝土出料前，搅拌机应以10-12rpm转速旋转1分钟后出料。
     Ten After the concrete mixer has finished discharging, immediately flush the inlet, outlet hopper, discharge chute and other parts with the hose attached to the mixer, remove the dirt and residual concrete stuck on the vehicle body, and then fill the mixer with 150-200l of clear water. On the way back, let the mixer rotate slowly to clean the inner wall to avoid the residual slag attached to the wall and mixing blade Drain the water before loading again.
     中科聚峰搅拌车搅拌车卸料完毕后10分钟，立即用连接在搅拌车上的软管冲洗出入口、出料斗、卸料槽等部位，粘在车体上的污垢和残留混凝土，然后向搅拌车内灌入150-200l清水。在返回途中，让搅拌机缓慢旋转，清洗内壁，避免残留的炉渣附着在墙上，搅拌叶片在再次装料前将水排干。
