As we all know, different automatic concrete mixer equipment will make different sounds after operation. The design scheme and model selection of mixing equipment are fully integrated with the overall goal of mixing work. All kinds of different mixing processes need to be completed by different mixing equipment.
In the selection of design scheme and model, the mixer form, electrical output power and mixing rate shall be distinguished according to the overall objectives and requirements of the processing technology for mixing work, and then the components such as reducer, sound card frame, mixing shaft and water pump seal shall be selected. Some sounds are relatively small, similar to buzzing; And some voices are very loud. In factories with a very large total area, it is possible to hear them clearly if they are too far apart. So for mixer equipment, does its sound size represent the quality?
In a strict sense, the sound of the further mixer is not immediately related to the quality, but also related to its speed ratio and output power. Due to the large and medium-sized mixers used in some factories, the output power that needs to be pushed is very large. In that way, when the power is plugged in, the speed ratio of the transmission shaft is very fast, and the side entry mixer manufacturer pushes the blade to stir the objects quickly, there will be a sound.
Some mixers often don't sound because their mixing objects are relatively light and the speed is relatively slow. However, in the case of purchasing a mixer, or it is likely to distinguish the mixer according to the sound, but it is not to listen to the size of the sound, but to see whether there will be noise when the blade is in operation.
