Since there are some accidents in the use of self feeding concrete mixer, how to clean the remaining materials in the tank?

1.关掉控制室的电源开关，并挂上“请勿关闭”的警告牌。

1. Turn off the power switch in the control room and hang up the "do not turn off" warning board.

2.通知装载机发生碰撞，并将装载机斗与主机出料口对准，收料。

2. Inform the loader of collision, and align the loader bucket with the discharge port of the main engine to receive the material.

3.打开仓库大门，工人穿戴防护装备进入主机，用铲子、风炮等工具清理未完成的混凝土。

3. Open the door of the warehouse, workers wear protective equipment to enter the main machine, and use shovels, air guns and other tools to clean up the unfinished concrete.

4.打开卸料门，取出可拆下的未完成的混合混凝土。

4. Open the discharge door and take out the removed unfinished mixed concrete.

5.罐内混凝土清理干净后，工作人员检查主机叶片是否损坏，直工作人员确认主机底板及叶片状态良好。工作人员离开主机后，关闭主机筒仓门。

5. After cleaning the concrete in the tank, the staff shall check whether the blades of the main engine are damaged until they confirm that the bottom plate and blades of the main engine are in good condition. After the staff leave the main engine, close the silo door of the main engine.

6.在车辆供电或正常运行的情况下，工作人员应观察斜带、平带的砂砾情况，配合控制室操作人员通过装载机将砂砾。

6. Under the condition of vehicle power supply or normal operation, the staff should observe the gravel condition of inclined belt and flat belt, and cooperate with the operator in the control room to remove the gravel through the loader.

7.斜带、平带的废料、砂砾清理干净后，进行混凝土的正常生产。

7. After the waste and gravel of inclined belt and flat belt are cleaned, the normal production of concrete shall be carried out.

如果在使用自进料混凝土搅拌车的过程中出现问题，无法操作时应及时将搅拌机内的混凝土取出。如果混凝土在罐内凝结，会对车辆造成腐蚀。

If there are problems in the process of using the self feeding concrete mixer and it is unable to operate, the concrete in the mixer shall be taken out in time. If the concrete sets in the tank, it will cause corrosion to the vehicle.
