Zhongke concrete mixer is a special vehicle, which can't be driven well. Improper operation of the mixer truck will cause rollover and excessive wear and tear of accessories. In addition to affecting the construction and causing unnecessary economic losses, even more serious consequences will occur. To drive a blender well, you have to keep in mind the following:

1.搅拌车发动机启动后，应该先让搅拌筒低速运转10分钟左右，使液压油温升到20℃以上后方可工作。

2.搅拌车装料前应将搅拌筒反转，保证仓斗内的积水和杂物排出，这样可以确保混凝土的质量，保证施工质量。

2. Before the mixer truck is loaded, the mixing drum should be reversed to ensure that the water and debris in the hopper are discharged, so as to ensure the quality of concrete and the construction quality.

3.搅拌车在运输混凝土时，要保证滑斗放置牢固，防止因松动造成摆动，在行进中打伤行人或影响其它车辆正常运行。在运输过程中，平坦路面上搅拌筒转速保证在2-3转/分，行驶在侧倾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃动较大的路面时，应停止搅拌旋转，待路况好转后再恢复搅拌旋转。

3. When the mixer truck is transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the sliding bucket is placed firmly, so as to prevent swinging due to looseness, which may injure pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles. During the transportation, the rotation speed of the mixing drum on the flat road surface shall be kept at 2-3 rpm. When driving on the road with a roll slope greater than 50, or on the road with large left-right shaking, the mixing rotation shall be stopped and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road conditions are improved.

4.中科混凝土搅拌车运送混凝土的时间不能超过搅拌站规定的时间。运送混凝土途中，搅拌筒不得长时间停转，以防混凝土产生离析现象。司机应时常观察混凝土情况，发现异常及时通报调度室，申请做出处理。

4. The time of transporting concrete by Zhongke concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified by mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregation. The driver shall observe the concrete condition from time to time, report to the control room in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.

5.搅拌罐车装有混凝土时，在现场停滞时间不得超过1小时，如超时应立即要求现场负责人给予及时处理。

5. When the mixing tank truck is loaded with concrete, the stagnation time on the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in time.

6.中科混凝土搅拌车出料完毕，应立即用随车的软管放水将进料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位冲洗干净，排去粘结在车身各处的污物及残留混凝土，再向搅拌筒内注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要让搅拌筒慢速转动，以清洗内壁，避免残余料渣附在筒壁和搅拌叶上，并在再一次装料前将这些水放掉。

6. After the discharge of Zhongke concrete mixer truck, the feed inlet, discharge hopper and discharge chute should be flushed with water from the hose attached to the truck, and the dirt and residual concrete adhered to the vehicle body should be drained. Then, 150-200l of clear water should be injected into the mixing drum. On the way back, the mixing drum should rotate slowly to clean the inner wall and avoid the residual slag adhering to the cylinder wall and mixing blades, And drain the water before loading again.
